Dandelion

A micro poem.

I plucked a dandelion
Today.

It is the tallest dandelion
I have ever seen.

It is dead, now that
I have plucked it.

For plucking the dandelion,
I feel badly.

It will never be
Plucked again.

I will bury it, someday.

A young girl clutches a dandelion. A breeze blows seeds past her hair. The sky is aglow with sunset or sunrise.
The Dandelion. Midjourney.

Maybe it will grow
Pretty again.
